This past Saturday we went down to Palm Springs for a couple hours to support my sis-in-law Kate who did a 102 mile race! The weather was beautiful! It was fun being there to cheer her on! We are SO proud of you Kate!! Danny thinks he might want to race next year and we'll make a weekend out of it! Sounds good to me! =)

The Big 3-0!!!

Threw a big birthday bash for Danny's 30th! Decided to go with an 80's theme! Oh what fun!! I think parties are always more fun when there's a theme! I tried getting pictures from other people that were there at the party that had their cameras cause my camera just did not catch the whole night. And yes, believe it or not, there were probably around 50 people there...from the pictures on my camera, it looks like there were only 5. But it sure looks like those 5 people were having a great time! =) We had a VERY yummy taco guy come!! They set up right in our garage and made very delicious tacos! Of course the night would not be complete without...a fight! There really wasn't an actual fight...but close enough. Long story short....we had a party crasher! This guy got kicked out of a party that was 2 houses over from us and decided to walk right in to our house! Without going into detail, the situation got handled fairly well. The funniest part though, was seeing everyone dressed up, or in Cody's case barely dressed, out in the middle of the street taking care of business. Cody jumped into his truck to put shoes on, but not pants! haha Overall, from what I heard everyone had a great time. After the party crasher crashed our party, that totally ruined my night. Bummed me out. I can't stand that kind of stuff. Still a good night though. So hopefully I'll get some more pics from the night and I'll post those too! Hope you had a good birthday babe! Love you!!
